The I AM JANSSEN. I AM INTEGRITY campaign featured an online pledge to uphold integrity standards, driving a real-time race to achieve 100% employee participation, and offering an opportunity for employees to post creative interpretations of integrity.
The results
30%+ pledged on day one and 100% engagement achieved within the targeted period. 100+ creative ‘integrity’ submissions received 2,500 votes from fellow employees. Most importantly Janssen had a tangible commitment to Integrity from every single employee.
The “I AM JANSSEN. I AM INTEGRITY” campaign won the Employee Communications Campaign of the Year Award at the 2014 PRWeek Asia Awards
