Hang Seng Bank – Employer Branding

Following a number of years supporting Hang Seng Bank in Hong Kong on their recruitment marketing, Blue Current was commissioned by the bank to develop a new employer branding approach. Based upon research to gain insights into the key attributes of Hang Seng Bank as an employer, Blue Current crafted a series of core messages and a key proposition which will feature in all forthcoming employer branding and recruitment marketing communications. As we work through the implementation phase, the team is now working on an employer branding video to support talent acquisition across the bank’s main areas of need.
